Refund Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY (Domestic):

Once we receive your item(s) please allow 48-72 hours processing time (excluding weekends)

Due to sanitary reasons and for the safety of our customers we will not accept "used' merchandise. If your return is not in "like new condition" upon arrival, Love and Fit has the right to reject your return and not refund your purchase. Please be courteous when trying on your items to prevent these issues.

Movemama items can only be refunded and not exchanged. We are happy to refund you but will deduct $7.99 for the return shipping label. Please contact hello@loveandfit.com for all movemama refund requests.

  1. Items need to be unwashed, unworn, and in “like new” condition. Item is no longer in "like new" condition if it includes: velcro marks, stains (including breast milk or deodorant), cuts, holes, is stretched or has odor of any kind - including detergent or perfume.

  2. Due to sanitary reasons and for the safety of our customers we will not accept "used' merchandise. If your return is not in "like new condition" upon arrival, Love and Fit has the right to reject your return and not refund your purchase. If the item is not accepted, we will email you with images of the rejected return showcasing the issue. 

  4. Please make sure original hangtags are attached

  5. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. If we made a mistake with your order, we will, of course, cover shipping.  Please email us at hello@loveandfit.com if you believe that to be the case.  :-)

  6. For returns that are submitted for "Refunds" we offer a $7.99 prepaid label option for your convenience or you may ship the item(s) back via your own shipping carrier as well.

  7. For returns that are submitted for "Store Credit" your return shipping is free and we will offer you a free return label. Your credit will be emailed to you after return item is inspected and approved.

  8. If you would like to exchange your product for an item that is more/less value, please process at STORE CREDIT and submit a refund for your original item.

**Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If there was a mistake on our part, just email us at hello@loveandfit.com and we are happy to help you get it resolved.

   4. We now offer FREE domestic exchanges! A prepaid label will be provided to you if you are exchanging an item for a different size.

  5. Each order is eligible for one free exchange label (unless it is a final sale item). You will not be able to exchange an order a second time with our free exchange shipping label. 

Items received for free through a giveaway, special promotion, or other offer are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange item is not guaranteed when you submit a RMA exchange request. Exchange is based on in-stock items available when we receive your exchange.

RETURNS POLICY (International):

At this time, we do not process exchanges, however, qualifying items can be returned to us for a full refund and re-ordered.
